The Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project provides immediate impact, transitional, and long-term programs for our wounded veterans and their families. Officially accredited as a veterans service organization by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Wounded Warrior Project’s mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors and: to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women, to help severely injured service members aid and assist each other, and also to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of severely injured service members


The First Tee

The mission of The First Tee is to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf. The World Golf Foundation created The First Tee in November of 1997 as a way to bring golf to youngsters that otherwise would not be exposed to the game and its positive values.


Prostate Cancer Foundation

Formerly CaPCURE, The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) is the world’s largest philanthropic source of support for prostate cancer research. The PCF has a single goal: To find better treatments and a cure for recurrent prostate cancer. The PCF pursues it’s mission by reaching out to individuals, corporations and others to harness societies resources - financial and human - to fight this deadly disease.


Golfers Against Cancer

Golfers Against Cancer was started in 1997 by members of the Deerwood Country Club in Kingwood, Texas to show support for members and staff who had been diagnosed with cancer at the time. The mission if GAC is to raise funds for cancer research. Since it’s inception, GAC has become a vehicle for golfers and non-golfers alike to honor their friends and help speed the cure for cancer. Dinners and fundraising events have now spread to cities like Atlanta, New York, Boston and Greensboro.


Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation

Founded in 1982, the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation has the goal of helping burn survivors in their journey of recovery as well as to prevent others from experiencing the traumatic event of a burn injury. It’s three fold mission is to educate the public in burn awareness and prevention, support medical facilities in the care of burn victims, and assist burn survivors in in their recovery.
