Customized Payment Plans
The Ingersoll Group will work with you and your financial team to devise a payment plan for our work with your sales and support teams. In some cases, clients are allowed to delay full payment of service for as much as 12 months.
IGI will manage the logistics that accompany implementing a training and development program such as hotel arrangements, room reservations, food and banquet coordination, as well as providing all IT and AV equipment necessary for seminar and program delivery. No more passing on these time consuming, yet critical items, on to a member of your organization whose real responsibility lies elsewhere.
Dedicated Client Site
The Ingersoll Group will host a dedicated site for your organization on our own website, allowing you a single source for all resources designed for you and your teams, including the ability to register for upcoming seminars, download past content and reinforcement materials - even house success stories, past proposals, and presentations.
Dedicated Email Support
You and your team will receive a dedicated email address from which you can garner support and answers to your program questions from an actual IGI consultant within 48 hours.
