Tracy Palma, Consultant & Customer Service Specialist

Working both as a Consultant and as a Curriculum Development Specialist, Tracy Palma joins The Ingersoll Group, Inc. after amassing years of experience as a successful sales and marketing professional in the commercial construction industry.  Upon completing her Bachelor's degree from Brenau College in Georgia, Tracy worked her way from a temporary employee to one of the top five commissioned salespeople within the highly competitive HVAC industry.

She has worked for The Trane Company and McQuay International.  Tracy worked with all levels of management at both companies to help stream line processes to help ensure customer satisfaction and to retain good client relations.   She prides herself on being able to understand what the customer needs and being able to deliver to ensure repeat business.

There isn't a project to large or small for Tracy to tackle, and she constantly seeks out ways to challenge herself and improve results for her clients.  When she is not working you can find Tracy running a marathon or half marathon, or on stage doing stand-up comedy.
